Not working

1. I am using XIAOMI company MI MAX PRIME model phone.
2. Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
3. success code is 0 but when I enter or leave zone SMS is sent.
4. Please help.
5. I have given all permissions and app running in background.

Can you please set the debug mode in settings --> log level and the send me the log file, when the failure happens again?
Also send me please screen shots from your settings of the zone and profiles.
